For example, if the room block is for Friday & Saturday, rooms will not be available in the room block on Thursday or Sunday.
With the courtesy room block, there is no contractual obligation to fill these rooms. There is also no guarantee that we will have more rooms to add if all 20 rooms are filled. Room block cutoff date is 1 month before the wedding.

Guaranteed Room Block

With the guaranteed room block, you tell us how many rooms each night you would like us to hold in the room block. You will be responsible for 90% of the revenue expected from the rooms we hold. You do not pay for these rooms up front, and your guests will book on their own and pay with credit card. We will create a custom link for you to share with your guests to book in that room block. The only time you would be responsible for paying anything for the room block is if you do not meet your commitment by the cutoff date which is 1 month before the wedding.
